Halo Light cuts through smoke to get you out of fire safely

Posted by: edwinoa09 on: October 27, 2008

Ordinary emergency signs will work and make sense during an annoying fire drill, but what what if there’s, you know, an actual fire happening? You would have to crawl on your hands and feet in a smoke filled hallway and will be pretty hard to see the signs above the doors.

That’s why the Halo Light makes a lot more sense than the current emergency signs. Instead of glowing above doors, the Halo Light beams down circles through the smoke and onto the floor, allowing people to easily find their way out. This light surely beats the signs we see today and probably sooner or later we might them being installed in buildings.

Thats a great idea, it would be alot better to have a light beam on the floor below the smoke than up around the smoke.

I think thats a great idea too. During a drill it would be easy to find your way out, but in a real case who knows? These signs would help alot because it would be alot easier to get your way out in a real fire and less people would die
